relocating soil trap/ chamber

I am planning to bulid a 15ft rear extension but the existing soil trap/ chamber is only 3ft away from the rear of the property.

Is it possible to relocate the soil trap/ chamber, and if so how should I go about this? Does it require special planning permission?

I think you need to discuss it with a Building Control Officer from your local council.
