Hi,
I painted my concrete garage floor with red garage floor paint about 10 years ago. Prior to painting I thorughly washed the floor etc etc I gave the floor 2 coats.
Over the last few years, where I have moved jacks across it etc it is starting to peel in places.
So.......I want to remove the whole lot and repaint.
It is painful scraping it off as it flakes in tiny little pieces and will take me literally forever.
Any ideas how to remove quickly and easily AND
any recommendations on how to paint it next time to avoid this chipping and bubbling up (i.e. sublayers etc etc).
Thanks
