Hi,
I am looking for some advice on repairing the ceiling around spot light fixings.
In the bathroom I have spotlights but where they have been removed and refitted a few times to repair or replace them the plaster around the hole has been chipped away and it can be seen beyond the light surround. I would like to repair this.

I think just mixing plaster and applying will be too weak and it could chip off when putting the spots back (strong springs do not make it too easy!).

Is there a different, stronger product I could use to fix this?

Many thanks,
Jack

Polyfilla should do the trick, just replace the lights with care, may be the holes for the lights are wwere slightly undersize.
