The normal process for a board change is to PIR the current installation.
If any urgent faults are found, you know up front. Your comment that you aren't sure of the insulation, so you are rewiring most of the lighting circuits would indicate you have not tested. When the spark comes to test, I hope you are lucky and don't have any problems.
