Hi,
I'm attempting to replace the lights in my hallway.
I have 3 lights with one switch that turns them all on/off.
I've started on the middle one (as it's easier with the stairs next to it).
The old light fitting had 2 wires coming from the ceiling and was connected as shown in my photo.
The new light has no base plate that fits to the ceiling, so I have used a terminal connector block.
The new light is metal so has an earth cable.
So I have connected all the blue wires together, connected the brown wires together, and connected the earth wires all together.
So, as far as I can see, it's connected as the old light was, but the light does not come on. The other 2 hallway lights do still come on.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
