replacing patio doors

Hi
I have old type wooden sliding patio door and i want to replace it with a upvc french door

I have bought the new door and would like to know
What would be a fair price for me to have the old wooden door taken out and relaced with the new upvc doors ?
I would need to get a local builder/odd job man to do the job and dont want to get ripped off ,

Bear in mind (if you care) that changing your door requires Building Regs Approval, if your'e 'handyman' is not Fensa registered you'll need to organise the approval with the Local Authority yourself.
