Returfing a garden

Hi,
I have a garden which is roughly 60m2. The ground is not too bad maybe just needs rotivating. Any ideas on labour costs and material to have it relaid?

I would expect about £3 a sq m to rotivate it.

Then you could add grass seed as its the ideal time of year in a few weeks. But grass seed is suprisingly expensive!
