sabre 24 combi boiler

My Sabre 24 boiler won't heat the water unless the central heating is also switched on, and the flow of hot (but not cold) is greatly reduced! Is this a problem I can fix myself?

Any help much appreciated!

If its the standard efficiency version its most likey to the the flow switch thats at fault..........doddle to change on this boiler.
