SAMSUNG LE32B450C LCD TV FIRMWARE UPGRADE

Hi all - was upgrading formware on this tv via usb and had a power cut - now goes to standby but won't power up - no picture or sound tried re-installing again but doesn't work - any ideas ?

thought might be either the power board or the controller board or both ?
