Samsung washing machine

Im having a problem with my samsung q1433s washing machine.
the appliancde is around 5 years old,when on a cycle the drum seems to judder then turns ,it has allso stearted to stop with a code displated wich is e8 ,this means its overloaded when it isnt ,any ideas to what is the problem ,thanks in advance

Check drum bearings and spider

Try lifting the front edge of the inner drum, does it move at all.
Try slowly spinning the drum by hand when empty does it judder at one point or make a loud rumbling sound.

If all ok there then check drum supports and springs as well as the counter balance weights are all fitted correctly.
