good afternoon... our 4 year old saniflo is starting to play up, when you flush the pan fills up and stays on for seems ages, then after several min it stops and the water level drops . I have noticed that for a while that it stays on for a while after flushing, and then keeps switching its self on and off and the water level in the bowl is very low.yesterday it leaked from the jubilee clip. thanks for any advice..

Best advice I can give is to replace it with a new one. Anyone who works on these will charge you a lot of money, so just replace like for like.
