at present stripping wooden sash cord window,cords will be replaced,however unable to ascertain how one is supposed to remove side pocket on window frame to access counterweight. The side pocket has minimal side to side movement and looks like it may lever free but on trying this it will not move and I don't want to split the wood. Any advice ,does it swivel,does it lift out or what. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
