while trying to clean a tough spot, I stupidly used a scourer. It had not ill effect ok kitchen window, but did on the living room window, which is toughened safety glass. Series of scratches.
And if I am to get this repaired, would it be less expensive that replacing the individual unit? I see there are home kits but don't want to tackle this myself, too much at stake. Unless someone can advise that this can be done easliy by someone with not many diy skills.
