I wondered if anyone may be able to help....

I live in an old tenemant flat, it has a secure entry system.

The handset beside the front door is very basic, it has a speaker in the actual handset and a release button on the cradle.

After many years of various redecorating schemes, the handset has paint splashes on and is generally quite grubby and dated.

a) How easy is it to replace? Can I do it myself or does it require a professional?

b) There is nothing on it to indicate a brand or model. How should I select a replacement?

Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

Thanks!
