The shipowners say (01.10) that no one person is responsible.

Perhaps they should consider employing a captain next time.

This ship is basically a barge with a multistorey carpark built on top, and they loaded the top, but left the lower part mostly empty (00.33) without adequately ballasting. So it fell over and had to be driven onto a convenient sandbank to prevent it sinking.

Wonder if Henry VIII said that about the Mary Rose? More likely some poor sod ended up in the Tower, but no doubt they said "lessons will be learnt" we won't get caught again!:rolleyes:
