We recently changed the old bath/shower mixer taps with a single swivel tap (see attachment in photo album).
We've only used the bath/shower mixer about 5 times and the tap is now not changing the temp. It is stuck on hot and the tap only swivels around and doesn't seem to 'grip' to move the temp. The trouble is I can't return it as I bought it new 2 yrs ago on Ebay to keep and match the ones in the ensuite. (Thought at some stage we would need to replace the 2nd bathroom taps).
Someone suggested that we've overturned it but I really don't think we have and know that it felt loose when it was installed a couple of wks ago and it has also been suggested it may need a new inside. Is this a hard job to do?
