Shower enquiry

I have just moved into a house which has a Triton T 80 si shower fitted.

In order to have the water at a reasonable shower temperature, the temperature switch needs to be in its maximum postion .

Is this an indication that there may be a problem with the shower?

note. My parents house is fitted with the same shower and the temperature switch needs only to be in a mid-range setting to achieve a reasonable water temperature.

Any observations would be appreciated

You probably have a higher pressure water main, or some one has fitted a non-Triton shower head.

Or your heating element is scaled up.
