Evening all,
I have a problem with peeling paint in my ensuite shower room. I have sanded down, filled and am ready to paint.
I have read that Zinsser perma white is a decent paint to use. I understand it is self priming but wondered if it is still better to use a dedicated primer first (e.g. the bullseye 123 or coverstain) or if this is overkill/defeats the object.
I do have a few ceiling water stains in other parts of the house so could use the coverstain on those if it is recommended.
Thanks
