So I'm wondering, when the size of enclosures/trays are quoted. I have a tight space where I might be able to fit a 900mm, instead of 800mm depth shower enclosure.

But I wanted to know, does the 900mm refer to the shower tray edge, or to where the shower panels fit into the tray? ie a couple of cm further in, so like actually say 880mm.

I will try to get a store to check this myself, but it would be helpful for now if anybody knows.

Thanks,
David

The 900mm refers to the edge of the tray i.e. the floor space you need to fit it. In my experience they tend to come slightly smaller so a 900x900 tray won't quite measure the full 900. obviously check this on the specific tray you order as they vary.
