Shower

My shower is a thermostatically controlled pumped power shower with hot water from the cylinder. Recently installed 2 months ago, it has started in the last 2 weeks or so not responding at all when turned on until temperature is turned all the way to cold. At this point it all fires up, water flows perfectly and you can turn the temperature up as much as you like. Everything works ok at this point but I was wondering if this is normal and if not, what the problem could be? Any help or comments would really be appreciated. Cheers.

Simple. Get the installer back to fix it.

hot and cold are reversed
get the installer back as htgeng says

Kev "it has started in the last 2 weeks or so " - do you reckon he snuck in and swapped them? Maybe his bill isn't paid?

possibly done for the ex and forgot the feed was from the top it worked well for a while
then i had to go back and do it properly
mind wasnt on the job the first time
