Hi,

SHOWERS and plumbing...

Q: Does the plumbing have to be embedded behind plaster,
or can it be open plan (i.e pipe clipped, onto tiles)?

Thanx in advance
John

Depends on the type of shower you buy, whether you don't mind seeing surface mounted pipes, or if you want to re-tile afterwards, in other words it's up to you.

Hi Dave,
thanks for that...

is there any link available, whereby I see the insides of a bog-standard electric shower (1xcold 15mm pipe in) shower, i.e for plumping connection or fittings etc...

Just curious before I get stuck in so to speak

depends on brand as to where everthing is, try google.

You could do a search on here, or maybe visit one of the shower manufactuer web sites, the one you are intending to fit would be good.

That looks like one of mine before I decided to comply with Part P

It is quite innovative though and with 110 volts would certainly wake you up in the morning.
