i'm taking up a chipboard floor in a bathroom to be replaced with WPB plywood so i can have a shower tray on it my problem is the last joist is under the stud wall so there is nothing to support the last part of the floor.
i was planning on sistering a section of floor joist to the side of the existing one to support the floor but i can only get acess to one side of the joist so i wouldn't be able to get bolts through, would it be acceptable to glue and screw the new timber to the old joist
