Sliding Wardobe Doors

Hi can anyone advise on supplier of edge trim/handle for built in sliding wardrobe doors. panels are 6mm thick.
Looking to relace vertical/horizontal trims.
Tried the internet but could,nt find supplier selling the door trims.
Thanks in anticipation.

Do you have a picture, from discription you have very old obsolete sliding door gear.
