SmegD1612CA9 FAILS (work once now it wont work) Brand New

Ok i am at a lose end here I have try my best to get this Smeg Dishwasher to work.
Worked once now it wont work.
It's BRAND NEW
We have to turn it off as it wont finished the cycle. It is coming up with an E2 error.

If anyone can help me

Smeg E2 code is usually not filling or overfilling.

What does the machine do

It should as a general guide
Drain pump operate then stop (get rid of stale water)
Fill, wash, drain (rinse cycle)
Fill, tablet, heat, wash, drain (Main wash cycle)
Fill, wash, drain (2nd rinse cycle)
Fill, heat, drain, finish (drying cycle)

If it is brand new claim a replacement or warrant repair. If you start digging around in there yourself your warranty goes out the window.

It fills up than just keeps going and going and going. I feel it just stuck on rise cus it never seem to heat up.
We call Smeg ment to get bk to us today but they have not done so....

I going to call again tommorw see what they have to say.

Is the waste pipe up at least a meter , if it's too low down it could be syphoning

well an update Smeg have still not got bk to me so i call them today there going to call bk northing yet.
I am going to have a friend come round and look at the waste pipe and all that make sure in all correct.
