Spots on plum tree leaves

Hello

Have a couple of what i think are plum or cherry trees?

Noticed some dark spots on the leaves and some clumps of what look to be dead leaves.

Any ideas how to treat? and is this plum tree?? lol

Plants around the tree dont so any issues although i think these die off every winter and come back if it would make a difference?

We have some apple trees and 1 definite plum tree further down the garden, these all appear healthy and produced good fruit last year. The 2 trees in question havn't produced anything in the 2 years we have been here.
