Stepped glazed unit and preventing outer pane slippage.

Hi Everyone

I'm about to fit a double glazed unit into a slopped wooden frame over a roof exit.
The unit is stepped and I'm assuming the outer pane will need to be supported at the bottom to stop it slipping.
Can anyone advise me on brackets or other mechanisms available for this purpose ie what they are called, where I might purchase them.
