Preparing a window for painting and noticed that the upvc frame has been painted too. Half of it is straping off really easily but the rest isn't. I don't really want to scrape it really hard as it will damage the surface and I don't want to paint it again (unless necessary). Any thoughts on the best method?
(The paint seems to be an eggshell gloss).
