You can't replace the outer pane without removing and rebuilding the sealed unit.
There are companies who will drill a hole in the glass and fix a unit where the seal has gone and condensation has appeared.

The unit can be removed by taking out the PVC beading, which could be internal or external, depending on the age of the units.

Heads up, Those "fix's" are a bodge job. Been debated many times, Wont last and technically no longer a sealed unit so not much better than having single glazing.

I cant see how they could be much cheaper than a replacement either, The average unit costs £25-50. Surely they are not drilling the units, cleaning them out and fitting vents for much less than that cost?

Anyway back to the OP.
Whats up? Unit looks ok, Are you thinking of changing to obscure or something?

Your PVC window is internally beaded so 5 min job to whip it out, Just lever the beads a bit with a flat stiff scrapper. Usually best to start with the longest ones.
Units can be purchased from glass manufacturers. As a one off and without a trade account you may as well just get one from local glazing/double glazing company.

You need the overall width & height of the unit and the thickness!!! Most likely 28mm thick as it looks a fairly recent window

The beads being the four pvc bits on outside? Then place new glass in then tap back in place?

Do I push a plastic scrapper into corners not metal as dont want to scratch glass then lever out?

Might have an aluminium patio door to do as well. Spoke to some glaziers and need to think about colour of spacers and packers which were in original glass. Spacers can be black, silver white or aluminiuma

Jewels rouge for shallow scratches
