Tendering

Has anyone ever completed a tender for a county council
e.g
drain down system, remove one radiator, replace with new stelrad size
600 x 1000, fit a radiator valve whilst system empty, re-fill system, put in cleaner.
Quote to include time, 300m copper pipe, radiators ect.

Not quoted for a council before.

I think the question is, what number to multiply the actually quote to workout tendering quote for a council.

I would say between 2 and 3 should be just right.
