Hi,

I'm a little concerned in regards to a final sign off from BC, I would appreciate your thoughts.

I've done a pressure test on my SVP starting at 38mm on a U-Guage. Over the course of 5 minutes it drops to 15mm, dropping at a steady pace - unfortunately.

I know in an ideal world we would experience no movement.

I am 99.99% sure all the connections are good as I did them myself. I've got rodding / access points through the property (3 storey terrace, loft conversion).

The SVP set up is :-

Going directly onto the stack I have :-

Ground floor

Kitchen Sink.
Utility Room Sink & WC.
Condensation Trap from Vaillant (blocked off for testing).
Dish Washer (never run).
Washing Machine piping (never used) with fanny trap - filled with water.

First floor

One shower, One Sink, One Bath, One WC.

Second Floor

One shower, One Sink, One WC.

It's an internal stack 4" Stack, the top floor goes down to a 3" pipe and is terminated with a Dergo. BC are happy with both the reduction and the Dergo.
