Texecom Premier Elite 24 w

Hi

I have just installed a elite 24w in my house and really struggling with it.It does not want to reset the fault codes when using the engineer or master codes and does not want to arm at all.

Wondered if any one can help or know a texecom installer in county durham.

Do you have a PC comm and wintex ? Or Re you programming it via keypad ? As it's a pain in the backside via keypad and I've been fitting the premier for at least 10 years...

Hi mate.

Yes i did it with the pc yesterday and then no luck.I then tried it via keypad and still a pain. I got it armed once via a smart key and then nothing after that.

I then reset it to factory settings and started from the beginning as per manual and now it does not even want to learn the smart key.

Do you work in the darlington area by any chance?
