Wintex left hand side menu - Keypads -> Keypads options -> PA enabled.

Same can be activated by keypad simulator if you go in eng mode to keypad setup- keypad options

This didn't work. Anything I should check?

Usually works straight but check keypad option "PA is audible" is on and "PA is delayed" is off.
I believe you uploaded changes to the panel!
