Tile paint

does tile paint give a good finish? I was thinking of painting my kitchen tiles.

I used it in my kitchen and was very unempressed

Would have been much less hassle to put new tiles over the original ones in the end!

I've used an undercoat produced especially for tiles, with two coats of gloss paint over the top in my bathroom. The finish is OK, although in a few places I've had problems with drips and the brush strokes show up quite a bit if you look at it closely.
