How do you get off the grill that is on the top of radiators ???

haven't tried yet, was going to take a screw driver to it and flip it off, but I am not the most delicate of people wehn it come to DIY, more like a bull in a china shop, and I would probably end up scrapping the whole of the radiator....................then it would have to be painted.

please dont take this the wrong way " but I sort of gathered that "

do you pull side ways or is it lift up and off.........................the end peice is sort of "L" shaped with the L bit covering the top grill panel. Also there is a circular hole where the pipe comes and out and a plastic peice around the edge.......................does that come off as one peice.........

Sometimes the plastic insert rotates round so you can slot it out.

Sometimes the heat bakes the plastic and its not flexible to pull out so you have to cut them out.
