Triton shower replacement

Hi

I have a Triton Jade shower unit that is 5 years old and faulty. Have contacted Triton and they have advised that I can replace unit with a Triton Trance avilable from B & Q. My problem is I don't know if I need a 8.5 or 9.5 kw unit.

Intended to buy shower unit at the weekendas pluber is coming to fit but don't know which one to get.

Have looked at lable at base of shower unit but can not read ue to wear.

Being a mere women and havig no experiance with electircs, any ideas????

What size fuse or breaker is it on at the fusebox?

more to the point what size is the cable feeding the shower.

if you measure it their is a guide in the sticky for refernce section telling you what size it is

Thinks it's a 230 volt.

No the amp rating of the fuse or circuit breaker please.

see my post, current rating is in Amps not volts, it will say something like 30A

Sorry I am such a clutz - - think it's 30A

At 30a the max size shower will be a 7.5Kw.
The min cable size should be 6mm.
