It may work with the hall thermostat. There is a Siemens RWB9 programmer next to the boiler https://assets.new.siemens.com/siem...d0124154b347f13fb3bc193b98/rwb9-datasheet.pdf
This may control the hot water and does not control the upstairs radiators.
That does not make any sense. Why have a thermostat downstairs controlling the temperature of rooms' upstairs? There is a Siemens Landis & Staefa thermostat in the hall which controls the temperature of the upstairs rads
This is a programmable thermostat, so it controls both time an temperature. But why have it in the living room if it's supposed to control bedroom temperatures? In any case, you seem to have two separate systems both controlling the upstairs rads: 1.the RWB9 and the hall stat; 2. the RDE10 programable stat. And a Siemens L&S RDE10.1 programmer in the living room that controls when the upstairs rads come on
There is obiously something wrong with the wiring, but it needs someone on site to sort it. Remote diagnostics would take too long.
