Under door insulation

I want some kind of draught exclusion for under a door that goes over a wooden floor. I've seen the brushes that can be pinned or stuck to one side of the door but was wondering if there is anything on the market that can be pinned or routered into the door at the bottom so nothing is visible?

If this is an external door, then there are concealed rubber thresholds available

No it is an internal door between the hallway and living room over a wooden floor which flows between the 2 rooms.
