UPGRADING ALARM SYSTEM

Hi all. I have a Response Alarm PA400 wired system in place at home. My question is, can I replace the external siren box and internal end panel and keypad with a different make, using the existing wiring. If this is so, can you recommend a system that is relatively easy to fit, or is it best to just put in a wire free system, also any recommendations.
