Two questions here.
1. Do all window suppliers provide insulation within the window frame or is this an extra you pay for? With U & R values being important in new builds these days and wanting to minimise heat loss I was wondering if insulation is available?
2. Can you get glazing for the home in different tints? A high end development being built locally looks as though some of the front glazing has a very slight mirror tint, but i'm wondering if it's just laminated and giving that effect? You can still see in but it's a lot harder to see any detail inside & works well.
