My boiler 7 years old-no previous problems. However recently I get only tepid water from shower and basin upstairs only. Upon turning the tap very slightly open upstairs(slow trickle) I may get hot water, however if it is fully open, then tepid water is the result. Central heating and hot water downstairs as normal. I believe this problem is getting progressively worse.
