Vaillant VCW-Sine 18 T3WF H Combi Boiler

Hello Guys,

I need help fast please, l have a baby in the house and my boiler won't work. I bled my Vaillant VCW-Sine 18 T3WF H Combi Boiler and added a Fernox cleaning solution through one of the radiators but now it will not work i.e. no hot water and no heating. The flame is on and all seem well but it makes an awkward high pitch noice when turned on......what should l do?

If the baby is that important: call a proper RGI.

I have just managed to get hot water but the radiators are still not heating up. Don't ask me what l did because l don't know. I kept pushing the tempering with buttons and knobs and it happened

whats the pressure guage at?should be 1 bar ish. it could be airlocked, you can bleed the pump to get some air out. if its got water in leave it running for a bit to try and push the air through.

I called some CORGI engineers but their prices are prohibitive because its a Sunday. We have lined up an electric heater for the baby but it will be great to have heating restored in the whole household.....Please help if you can
