Varable Hot Water Preasure Arround the House

We have just noticed that if you are running the Hot water downstairs in the Kitchen and also wish to run a bath upstairs at the same time. There is almost no hot water upstairs. Once the downstairs hot water is turned of them normal water oreasure returns to the hot water in the bathroom. Any Ideas??

Your combi is as krap as most of the others, that's all.
