can anybody tell me what fault code 2103 means on the vauxhall vectra c.....please

It means Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit high

The throttle is drive by wire, which means the throttle flap is driven by a motor controlled by the ECU.

This error code is saying the current draw through this motor is too high. Sounds likely the throttle motor is on its way out

Yes or the shaft in the throttle body is tight and the motor is drawing to much current trying to turn it.
