Velux leaking or condensation?

Too many assumptions get some pictures of the whole area outside. the photos you've provided aren't adequate to troubleshoot I'm afraid.

Ok, I will try and do that tomorrow. Thanks.

Hello again,

Here’s the best I can do without a ladder, sorry. Shows the bottom and top corner on that side of the velux, plus the position and up inside the tile with the missing channel. As far as I can tell it’s only missing a small portion and only a very small gap in the very upper left hand edge where water could ingress if it got blown up there. I’ll get that fixed for completeness but not sure how that is the problem as I’d guess the leak would manifest at the top of the velux not bottom. And a lot earlier than now. It’s the top row of tiles which I guess would be harder to replace so is it worth just shoving some foam / sealant or something in the very corner part where the gap is - or get it fixed properly?

Oh dear such a basic error ..

Anyone else got it?

Another unhelpful reply. Instead of being smug, why not just actually help?!

Edit: posted same pics in other forums and unanimous consensus is that the flashing etc looks installed correctly - if there is a problem it must be under the velux (or just condensation as originally suspected - which I subsequently caught in the act of dripping). So obviously you’re talking balls and just didn’t want to admit I was right first time when I said flashing was fine - hence never being able to specify exactly what was the problem.
