We are planning an ensuite for our bedroom and need a hot water supply for the hand basin; it needs to be electric, heating mains CW (too far from the DHW supply to have an acceptable dead leg length.)
We are thinking of using a a Zip InLine ES Instantaneous Water Heater 3.1 kW which would fit under the basin, and wonder whether anyone has experience (good or bad) of using one - or can suggest a better alternative?
Main use will be hand washing after using the loo. We'd prefer to have something in a cupboard under the basin, rather than something like a Triton T30i over the basin - but a similar flow rate of hot water would be acceptable.
