Vinyl over moisture resistant floor

[/URL][/IMG] Hello folks have a couple of questions regarding prep and sticking vinyl down.

Can be vinyl be stuck straight down on a moisture resistant chipboard floor or does it need hardboarding?
Whats the best way to stick Vinyl down, should i use glue, spray or tape?
