Hi

Does anyone know why the hotwater only stays hot for around 5 minutes before going lukewarm?

The boiler is relatively new (approx. 3years old).

could be that its over heating but need more information to do a proper diagnostic

5 minutes???is it because you have emptied the cylinder?

is the boiler even connected to the cylinder?
