how old is the boiler?
is this only on the bath tap?

more than likely its your dhw n.t.c (thermistor)
think OP changed this last week, and posted back all was ok.
i did suggest to him to remove DHW flow regulator!

if you have the manual it tells you in their, its pretty straightforward
dont put anything in its place ( like i said last week!!!!!!!!!!!!) throw it in the bin, it is a flow restrictor not a filter, its supposed to limit the flow so you dont have to manually adjust stopcock on boiler to regulate flowrate
