Vokera RS20/80 pilot light going out after running DHW

Hi All

Can anyone help me with this.

My Vokera RS 20/80 runs OK and is pressurised at 1 bar, but if I run the DHW for 20 minutes or so, the pilot light extinguishes. This does not happen all the time, but it is getting pretty regular and is a pain as the boiler is in the loft conversion at the top of the house.

Water temp is OK and I can re-light the boiler, no problem.

Short running times are no prob and the boiler is clean inside the heat exchanger area.

I am thinking that it may be some sort of overheat safety that is shutting off the pilot.

Any help apprciated.

Have you ever had the boiler serviced?

Does the fan run on reduced speed when the boiler is idle?

Check if burner alternates between hot high flame and low.

When hot tap is fully open, what temperature does the temp gauge show?
