Hi all,

Looking for advice, we have garden wall that had been painted, unfortunately all the paint had bubbled up everywhere, we have just scraped it all down to its original state, but I heard that I could paint it with something first before re-painting that will stop the paint from bubbling.

Does this make sense and if so, what is this stuff please?

Thanks in advance

Steve

No, it has not, what is the significance of the copings

Lack of copings will be he cause of 80% of the problem with the wall.

Saddleback copings would be best- overhanging each side of the wall by at least 1 inch.

The copings will keep the wall drier and help prevent stains bubbling etc .

At the moment- the rain will be soaking through the wall FROM the top .
Fit copings and help prevent that.

Also- use the advice of the earlier posts too- for a really decent job.
